Each week, we take some of our favourite recipes and give them a little tweak to make perfect packed lunches.

Spicy greens

Leeks with greens are great in a frittata; cut into wedges for your lunchbox with a tomato salad.

Wild greens pie makes a great dinner and even better pack up the next day.

Spring greens broth with pork

This broth with meatballs just needs a few minutes in the microwave to bring it back to life; an an extra squeeze of lemon juice to serve. 

CHorizo spring greens

Any leftovers of white beans with greens can be bulked out with a little couscous flecked with parsley and almonds.
