We all know the truth about meat consumption: a quality over quantity approach is good for animal welfare, the environment and our own health, too. And so we’re delighted to support the launch of the Meat Free Week challenge in the UK, 23rd-29th March. Originating in Australia, the idea is to go without meat and seafood for seven days, raising money for the cause as well as three related charities; Beating Bowel Cancer, Compassion in World Farming, and World Land Trust.
