Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 carrots, julienned
1/2 sweetheart cabbage, finely shredded
1/2 red onion, finely sliced
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sea salt

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix the carrots, cabbage and red onion together with the white wine vinegar and salt.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to lightly pickle the vegetables. Taste and season if necessary with a pinch more of sea salt or a little vinegar before serving.
