Dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons japanese mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon japanese mustard
or 1 teaspoon hot english mustard
1 teaspoon japanese soy sauce
5 drops sesame oil
120g mizuna or rocket leaves
1 avocado, sliced

Method

  1. To make the dressing, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside for 1 hour to allow the flavours to develop.
  2. Combine the mizuna or rocket and avocado in a bowl. Add the dressing, toss gently to coat and serve on a large platter.
