Almost all savoury recipes require ginger paste and garlic paste, but there are certain dishes where more garlic than ginger is required. In that case, the pastes could be made separately.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g ginger, peeled
75g garlic, peeled

Method

  1. Chop up the ginger and garlic. Blend it to a fine, thick paste with 175ml water. Keeps in the fridge for up to 1 week.
