You can scale this recipe up and serve it in a jug with crushed ice.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons Lingonberry cordial
30ml gin
150ml sparkling water
1 wedge lime

Method

  1. Place crushed ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour in the cordial and gin and shake. Add the sparkling water, then pour into a glass, holding back the ice. Squeeze in the lime.
