Fried new potatoes with paprika

Method

  1. Fry a sliced onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves in a knob of butter. Add 2 teaspoons garam masala and 1 teaspoon turmeric, then the fried new potatoes with paprika and a scattering of frozen peas. Pour in a splash of water and scrape any sticky bits from the base of the pan.
