So, girls, what do we like? For sure the same stuff as the boys now and again, but salads and soups are great for lunch too. I’ve included some recipes here that are ideal for a girls’ night in. A great big stir-fry is always popular. Get everyone to help you with the chopping and throw in some rice or noodles to fill everyone up. Alternatively you could have a sort of indoor picnic – I love it when my girl friends come round and sit on the floor tucking into crudités, tzatziki and bruschetta while we gossip. Food like this requires very little cooking and lends the evening a relaxed feel. Easy food for nights when you’re all going to sit in front of a film or just chill with a bottle of wine for a good catch-up chat.
