This is packed full of energy, as bananas are such a great source of protein. Have this for breakfast and you’ll be buzzing all morning.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 banana, sliced
400ml milk
3 tablespoons plain yoghurt
or 3 tablespoons flavoured fruit yoghurt

Method

  1. Place all your ingredients into a jug where you can whizz them all together with a hand held blender.
  2. Blend until the bananas are smooth and combined with the milk and yoghurt.
  3. Pour into a large glass and drink.

Leftovers:

  • This will not keep well, as the banana reacts with the oxygen and turns brown, so drink it immediately.
