The colour of this is amazing and it’s so tasty.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons blueberries
3 tablespoons plain or fruit yoghurt
400ml milk

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a jug using a hand held whizzer.
  2. Tip the smoothie into a glass.

Optional extras:

  • Whizz in a delicious handful of mixed nuts if you happen to have any.
