Amazing, and a real must whenever you’re going all Mexican. Taco trays or tortilla crisps are so easy to buy. Just add some toppings and away you go.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
200g tortilla crisps
3 tablespoons Mexican spicy tomato salsa
2 tablespoons soured cream
2 tablespoons Guacamole
3 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put the taco trays on a baking sheet. Spoon in the salsa, soured cream and guacamole. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  2. Place in the hot oven for 5–10 minutes, until the cheese melts. Alternatively, grill them for 5 minutes.
