Cauliflower with tahini sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cauliflower
salt
270g Taratour bi tahini

Method

  1. Break the cauliflower into florets and place in a bowl of salted water to remove any insects. Leave for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. Cook the cauliflower in a saucepan of rapidly boiling salted water, without a lid, for 10–12 minutes, or until just tender and still a little crisp. Drain.
  3. Place the cauliflower in a serving bowl and spoon half the tahini sauce evenly over it. Serve hot or cold, with the remaining tahini sauce in a separate bowl for adding to individual taste.
