Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
200ml buttermilk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
50ml olive oil
handful fresh dill, chopped
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Combine the buttermilk, lemon juice and salt and pepper, to taste, in a bowl.
  2. Slowly whisk in the oil. Add the chopped dill and stir to combine.
