Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pear, cored and chopped with skin on
1 apple, cored and chopped with skin on
2 small handfuls kale
1 small handful spinach
1 lime, juiced
80ml orange juice
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz on high power until smooth. Depending on the power of your blender, you might need to push the mixture through a sieve to achieve a smoother consistency.
