Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
180g rolled oats
180g quinoa flakes
80g pecan nuts, chopped roughly
3 tablespoons chia seeds
70g dried mango, chopped roughly
30g goji berries
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
pinch fine sea salt
70g dried apricots, chopped roughly
30g pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together all the ingredients until evenly distributed. Store in an airtight container.
