Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
250ml milk of choice, such as dairy, soya or flax, plus extra to taste
1 small banana
1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder or cocoa nibs
1/2 tablespoon maca powder
1 teaspoon flaxseeds
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons rolled oats
honey or agave, to taste

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bender and blitz on high power until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
