Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
45g blackberries
45g blueberries
45g raspberries
60ml acai juice
1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons chia seeds
250ml flax, soya or dairy milk
1 tablespoon runny honey, or more to taste
1 tablespoon natural yoghurt

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz on high power for 2 minutes, or until combined and the seeds are completely broken down. Push through a sieve if necessary to achieve the desired consistency. Taste, and add more honey if needed, before serving.
