Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500g frozen mixed berries
80-120g pitted fresh dates, according to taste
120ml coconut cream or single cream

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor, blitz until smooth and creamy and serve immediately. Alternatively, transfer to the freezer for 30 minutes for a firmer ice cream. Store in the freezer for longer if needed, but blitz again until creamy before serving.
