Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 large banana
60g pitted fresh dates
60g rolled oats
350ml almond or dairy milk, plus extra to taste
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
A pinch ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Add extra milk to achieve the desired consistency. Serve immediately.
