Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
120g greek-style yoghurt
20ml olive oil
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
4 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, snipped
12 sorrel leaves, finely chopped
salt
pepper
280g radishes, cut into thin slices
lemon juice, as desired

Method

  1. Mix the yoghurt, oil, garlic and herbs in a salad bowl and season with salt and pepper. Incorporate the radishes. Add the lemon juice, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Serve cool.
