Quantity Ingredient
80g assorted seeds, such as pumpkin and sunflower
4 tablespoons shoyu or low-salt soy sauce

Method

  1. Lightly toast the seeds in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the soy sauce, stirring constantly until it boils and evaporates. Spread the seeds on a sheet of greaseproof paper and leave to cool. Store in an airtight container.
