Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
125g chopped walnuts
200g bulgarian feta, crumbled
1 small onion, grated
40g butter, at room temperature
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
freshly cracked black pepper
crusty bread, to serve

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Serve with crusty bread as a starter or as part of the meze.
