Baba ganoush, goat’s cheese & herbs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 mint leaves
1 handful chives
4 sprigs coriander
4 tablespoons baba ganoush
4 slices artisan country bread
1 small fresh goat’s cheese
1 tablespoon black or white sesame seeds
4 teaspoons olive oil
salt
pepper

Method

  1. Snip the mint and chives and destalk the coriander. Spread the slices of bread with baba ganoush. Crumble the goat’s cheese over the baba ganoush. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh herbs. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper before serving.
