Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 slices artisan country bread, toasted
4 tablespoons cherry jam
125g sheep’s cheese, (such as Ossau-Iraty or etorki)
1 teaspoon espelette pepper or unsmoked paprika

Method

  1. Spread each slice of toast with a spoonful of jam. Grate or finely slice the cheese and top the toasts with it. Sprinkle with Espelette pepper or paprika before serving.
