Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
200g radishes, finely sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 red onion, very finely sliced
1 green chilli, deseeded and finely sliced
3 heaped tablespoons grated fresh coconut
1 lime, juiced

Method

  1. Fill a bowl with enough cold water to cover the radish slices, add the salt and stir to dissolve. Leave to soak for 15 minutes.
  2. Drain the radish slices well, then mix with the chilli, grated coconut and lime juice. Season to taste with more salt and serve immediately.
