Watermelon, mint and lime juice

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 chilled watermelon, roughly cut into chunks
1 lime, juiced
1 handful mint leaves

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.
  2. Tip the liquid into a sieve set over a bowl, and use a spoon to sieve the juice out until you can’t get any more juice from the pulp.
  3. Pour into a jug and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
