Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 passion fruit, pulp only
500g natural yogurt
4-5 tablespoon caster sugar

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender, along with 200ml water and blitz until smooth.
  2. Taste and add more sugar as required. Strain into a jug and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
