Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 ice cubes, plus more to serve
850g can mangoes in syrup
500g natural yogurt
8 mint leaves
pinch ground cardamom
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1/2 lemon, juiced

Method

  1. Add the ice to a jug blender with the remaining ingredients, reserving a little of the mango to serve. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add a few more ice cubes to a glass and pour over the lassi. Serve with the reserved mango, chopped, on top.
