Pop these little biscuits into your lunchbox and you’ll have the perfect snack for elevenses, or any time you get a bit peckish during the day.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
280g rolled oats
180g cashews, chopped into small pieces
200g cashew nut butter
320g agave nectar
240g raisins
2 eggs, beaten

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a couple of baking trays with baking parchment.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl to make quite a wet but firm batter.
  3. Drop tablespoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared trays, leaving plenty of space between each. Bake in the oven for 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
