A tropical one to take you back to your summer holiday, *sigh*.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped
1 ripe banana, cut into chunks
2 large handfuls spinach
2 tablespoons coconut almond butter
200ml coconut water
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until nice and smooth. If you have included the chia seeds, leave the smoothie for 10 minutes or so before drinking, to give the seeds time to absorb some of the liquid and swell up.
