There’s actually no cream in this recipe, but the combo of cashew butter and oats makes this smoothie really thick and creamy.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 medium banana, cut into chunks
50g frozen berries
15g rolled oats
2 tablespoons cashew butter
150ml unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon coconut nectar

Method

  1. Blitz everything together in a blender until fully combined.

Pip’s top tip:

  • Go forage for berries in the frozen aisle of the supermarket. They’re great when berries are out of season and because they’re frozen they’ll make your smoothie extra cold.
