Matcha has some pretty awesome health benefits: helps you concentrate; boosts memory; increases energy levels. When we say super, this smoothie really is just that.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 medium pear, cored and diced
2 handfuls baby spinach leaves
1 1/2 tablespoons almond butter
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1 teaspoon agave nectar
180ml unsweetened almond milk
small knob fresh ginger, grated

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.

Pip’s top tip:

  • Adjust the matcha and ginger quantities to taste, as both are quite punchy flavours.
