Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
200g whole almonds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
75g creamed coconut
pinch sea salt
1/2 tablespoon agave nectar

Method

  1. Roast the almonds following the method, then add to the food processor with the chia seeds and blitz until smooth and glossy. Add the creamed coconut and salt and blitz until smooth. Add the agave nectar gradually and mix until well combined.
  2. Pour into an airtight container.
