Eat on ice cream sundaes. Or pancakes. Or waffles. Brownies would work too. Apples also. Perhaps even on top of a fried banana. Basically anything and everything.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons light muscovado sugar
2 tablespoons coconut cream
2 tablespoons Plain nut butter, we used almond

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a pan over a low heat, stirring until the sugar has melted and the sauce is a dark coffee colour.
