Pip McCormac's Story

Pip is the Lifestyle Director of Red Magazine, overseeing all the food and interiors content in this monthly magazine. He formerly worked as the Food and Interiors Editor on the Sunday Times Style. Having collaborated with many of the most highly regarded food writers – from Skye Gyngell and Lorraine Pascale to Lucas Hollweg and Florence Knight – he has developed an informed and intelligent approach to all things cooking. His central London balcony has now been transformed into the mini Hanging Gardens of Southwark – it contains every herb and edible flower that you could possibly imagine!
