A terrific condiment for a curry. Add more chilli if you want it hotter but keep in mind how hot the curry is you’re serving it with — it’s supposed to be refreshing. I like to serve this with the prawn and sweet potato rolls.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 ripe tomatoes, quartered
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon maldive fish flakes
1 lime, juiced
salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and set aside until ready to serve.
