Ingredients

125ml soy sauce
125ml mirin
1 bunch spring onions, white part only, finely sliced into rounds

Method

  1. Combine soy sauce with mirin in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer, before removing from the heat and allowing to cool. Stir through the spring onions just before serving.
