This is another traditional Greek sauce that is ideal for serving with chargrilled fish and seafood.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
125ml extra virgin olive oil
60ml lemon juice
salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon parsley or dill, finely chopped, (optional)

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. If not using straight away, store the latholemono in the fridge for up to 2 days. Whisk before using to recombine.
