Omar Allibhoy's Story
Omar Allibhoy trained with Ferran Adrià in Spain and later became chef at El Pirata detapas in Notting Hill, London where he was featured on Channel 4’s Ramsay’s Best Restaurant. As a result, Omar’s reputation as the ‘Antonio Banderas of cooking’ was born. He has since opened six Tapas Revolution restaurants (Shoreditch, Westfield, Bluewater, Birmingham, Sheffield and Newcastle).
