Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
40g gluten-free rolled oats
400ml plant-based milk
100g frozen pear, cored
30g almond butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  1. Place all the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and thick.
  2. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use any plant-based milk in this recipe. I love using coconut milk.

    You can also use your favourite gluten-free granola or muesli instead of oats.
