We think our chocolate gelato is already pretty sexy, but we had to find something that would really spice it up, so we added in a berry and white chocolate ganache.
You need to use the recipe for Chocolate Fondant & Honey gelato, but for this recipe we don’t want the honey flavour, so simply substitute the honey portion with sugar. Feel free to use the White Chocolate or Milk Chocolate gelato recipes from that chapter too, as these work just as well with the ganache.
