Red Pepper, Coconut & Banana Smoothie. When I first tried this, I can honestly say I had never had anything like it before. With red pepper playing a leading role, the combination of ingredients is simple yet remarkable.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 banana
1/2 red pepper, deseeded and roughly chopped
200ml fresh pineapple juice
100ml pressed apple juice
50ml coconut cream

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender with 8 ice cubes and blitz until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses or large tumblers and serve immediately.
