Nut butters are so easy to make and are delicious when blitzed up in a nice cream. If you don’t like pistachios feel free to use any nut of choice!

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups unsalted shelled pistachio
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the pistachios on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until just fragrant and starting to brown.
  2. Tip the pistachios into the food processor and blend for about 10 minutes until thick and creamy. Add the salt and honey, then stir to combine.
  3. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for several weeks.
