Get creative with the presentation; think scooped-out pineapples, papayas and coconut halves to go full-throttle on the tropical vibe.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 bananas, peeled and frozen
1/2 ripe papaya, cut into chunks
1/4 mango, cut into chunks
1/2 lime, zest and juiced
seeds and pulp of 1 passion fruit

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients, but only half the passion fruit seeds and pulp in the food processor and blend until thick and creamy. Process until the mixture becomes completely smooth and the consistency of soft-serve ice cream. Serve with the remaining passion fruit pulp and seeds on top for a veritable feast!
