Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons anchovy essence
1/3 cup chopped parsley
2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons snipped chives
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and freshly ground pepper

Method

  1. Combine the mayonnaise and sour cream, add the remaining ingredients, and mix well. Add the salt and pepper, to taste. Serve with a green salad, prawns and other seafood, or spoon over a rice salad.
