A young green sugar loaf cabbage or savoy is ideal for this lovely coleslaw.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/4 medium cabbage, finely shredded
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced red or green capsicum
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
a dash tabasco
1/2 cup light sour cream

Method

  1. Place the cabbage in a large bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients, and pour over the cabbage. Toss and chill well before serving.
