Suitable for corned beef, tongue and potted hough.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons cider or white wine vinegar
4 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon hot english mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons brown sugar
A pinch ground cloves or nutmeg

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together well.
