Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 red apples
1 tablespoon chopped onion
vinegar
salt
1 green chilli or chopped fresh coriander leaves

Method

  1. Cut the apples into shreds and mix with the onion in a bowl. Add enough vinegar to moisten and season with salt, to taste. Sprinkle with chopped chilli or coriander and serve immediately.
