Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
250g scallops
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon plain flour
30g butter

Method

  1. Wash and dry scallops well. Mix flour and salt and roll scallops in seasoned flour. Melt butter in a heavy frying pan, add scallops and fry very gently until golden. Serve with hollandaise or tartare sauce.
