A gorgeous-looking cocktail, glowing with the colours of a sunrise.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
crushed ice
45ml tequila
1 cup orange juice
20ml grenadine
orange rind, to garnish

Method

  1. Fill two cocktail glasses with crushed ice. Pour in the tequila and top with orange juice. Slowly pour in the grenadine. Allow to settle, but stir once before drinking. Garnish with a strip of orange rind, twirled around a cocktail pick and, if liked, finish with a pretty flower from the garden.
